How to Avoid Computer Tracking and IP blocking?

• So, a bit of background. Me and my father have recently fought over my computer rights, as my grades have been declining. However, in my defense, in no way are my declining grades related to my computer activity, it's simply been a bad school year. I'm currently 16 and moderately computer savvy, I do know some advanced computer concepts. He has threatened to put 'IP blockers' and 'computer trackers' on my laptop, which I have purchased through my own money. Also, he has tried this before, installing a keylogger on my desktop. I simply deleted it. Now, I fear that he will install heavier and more restrictive programs, such as screenviewers and programs similar to those at school, that filter and restrict webpage viewing. Does anyone have any ideas as to get around these? I don't have particular program names yet, though I have searched common ones. PS: I realize that many of you will be quick to mark this as a 'parent/child' situation, and it is. But it has gone too far to really go back, this is essentially a war in our household. I'm only trying to defend my privacy, even though I am doing nothing wrong. Again, many will say 'Oh, if you're doing nothing wrong, then why hide?' and my response to that is 'It's my privacy and I would like to have a margin of respect in which I have a place to do my own things.'   In order for these third-party apps to connect to your computer, they must come through a port, which has to be open on your computer.
