How To Block Website?

How do i block this website?

• im trying block a website and i tried editing the hosts file thing where you have to put 127.0.0.1(website)but when i save it as all files it wont let me cause its saying cannot create make sure path files are correct if im doing something wrong can somebody tell me or better yet can somebody tell mehow to block a website an easier way without downloads or cost oh and computers vista so the....going into tools and internet options thing might not work

This technique is useful for blocking only one site at a time. Using Parental control and other softwares helps block multiple sites and categories at one time.
