How to delete hidden files in windows 7?

I found 5 hidden files using rootkit buster should i delete them all? details follow.?

If you really want to delete these use the Windows Explorer to make them unhidden and then delete them. However you should reallize that these are all part of the Windows system. If you delete them the computer will never work again.

Quarantine if possible? Find out what this C:/WINDOWS/ > (pss) < file is for before you delete them? They look like files used by good programs?
