How to read my e-mail from another computer?

Can a person read my email without the password from another computer?

  • MY computer was running extremly slow for 3 weeks-now it is fine, I have suspicions that someone was monitoring my email accout from another site-is this possible? I do not think they had my password.

    yeah its possible now a days u can control another computer by siting on your computer first you will install the software

You left your email account open on a public computer, and someone read your email through their to solve this, do: 1. Scan your computer for viruses!
