your email server has open relay ports and is now used by spamners. http://www.allspammedup.com/2009/02/is-your-email-server-an-open-relay/ you need to secure your email server. you should turn on reverse dns and DISALLOW OPEN RELAYS as well. It is also often used as a spam filter to determine whether the IP address of the incoming message matches an authenticated domain name and to block the message if it doesn't. http://www.ntchosting.com/dns/reverse-dns.html after you fix this 2 , then you can write in the removal request , wait for 2 days before it will be removed. quick fix - change your domain dns public ip address.mx-record . it wil work for a couple of hours only and it will be blacklisted as well if you dun fix the first 2. kumar - the blacklisters have a scheduled spam test. the schedule is not published openly. if you have already fixed those 2. Your server MUST NOT ALLOW OPEN RELAY. you just have to wait. my advice is for you to fix these 2 first and then change the MXrecord to a new public ipaddress. this is a sure fix and you dont have to wait too long. also when you write in, make sure you mention you have fixed both above. but you better test your relay port is really close. test here http://www.spamhelp.org/shopenrelay/ this is a good article how to resolve this issue. http://www.amset.info/exchange/spam-cleanup.asp How to work with your ISP to set reverse dns.>> http://www.amset.info/exchange/dnsconfig.asp
