My email provider blocked my email, because they said there are over 1000 email sent within 24hrs. This happened once a week for pass 3 weeks. It's the 3rd time today!!! last time they checked the email was sent from my IP address. I am struggled to find out the cause of the problem because: 1. I did not really send 1000 emails. 2. Run anti-virus twice. Nothing found. 3.Changed password already. No used. 4. If I been sent out 1000 emails, I must've receive some rejected emails or complains from my contact. But not a sign on this either. Would it be the problem from email provider server end? My provider is Easyspace. Many thanks

Answer:
more likely that your pc has been "cloned"....that is...taken over by an outside source and it's being used to send spam. you'll probably have to take it to the shop.

I don't think it will matter if you close the email account. The hacker has access to your IP address somehow, and is Hijacking it for spam. Sounds like you have an infected computer which now has an open malicious process running in the background to allow internet access and control. Run a thorough virus check, and check open processes for suspects. If you can't figure this out I'd call you local PC repair/virus removal crew to give you a hand. I would not do any online shopping (ie credit card details) until this has been figured out either.
Probable your computer is infected, could be somebody hacked you and is using your ip address to fool around and do dangerous things. Try asking a network analyst or penetration tester to check it out. Also ask your service provider for advice and ask them ti change your ip address from a static ip to one that keeps changing. It could also be someone from you service provider using it somehow.
maybe your pc was hacked and turned into a bot.also known as a zombie computer.unless you can find a real infection then you might have to close this account and open a new one.it sucks to have to do that but until you find the true cause the you might have to.if your pc was turned into a bot then you don't have to send a email yourself..the bot herder does that.many people have computers that were turned into bots and they never physically send the email.there are anti-bot net programs for download.i would do a google search for "anti-bot downloads.trend micro has a free botnet detector called RUBboted.might help.
