Password protect folders on vista?

Anybody know how to protect folders on windows vista with a password? I don't mean like when logging in to different users and such. I mean like zip file with password protection. When I try to open a folder, it will ask me to type in a password and then I can view the contents inside. Anybody know of a way to do this?
