How to remove Trojan Horse virus?

  • i downloaded this one file i found on the internet and then about 5 mins after it says that my comp. is infected and that i have files such as Trojan Horse SHeur, Trojan Horse generic, trojan horse downloader. and i downloaded avg and im putting some of the files in the vault and some it can't do i have the trojan horse virus, if so how do i get rid of it.

    These two will take care of it. Download, install, and run full scans with mbam from www.malwarebytes.org superantispyware from www.superantispyware.com Delete everything they find. (and quit using limewire and such, the corps are trying to stop freeloading by installing malware (malicious software) in the files you download)

Turn off the computer and call the computer guy before it spreads. Even If someone could tell you how, there are thousands of new Trojan viruses made everyday, and it's better to let a proffesional deal with it. Also...stop watching if you are...that's usually where they come from.

I had a Trojan before, and to get rid of it, I downloaded AVG, than I unplugged my computer's internet connection. After I had unplugged my computer from the internet, I was able to successfully remove it with an AVG scan. You should probably try doing that.

Try Avast or Avira Anti-Virus. Kaspersky, if you are willing to pay some $$$. They will most likely remove it for you. If that does not work, call a computer technician to help you. Best luck,

another option is System Restore right click on my computer and and click the system restore tab and follow directions you can go back to the date where your computer didn't have the viruses.
