How can i enable system properties that is disabled by the system administrator?

Help.. just want to ask how can I enable the system properties that i have been set disabled also? I am just trying to know & learn more.. i am the administrator so i tried to disabled my computer properties so that no one could change the settings of my computer,, but now i wanted to enable again. can u please tell me step by step on how to enable it ? is it the same process i have to do in as to "disabled" when i want to "enable" my computer properties.? kindly tell me how can i enable my computer properties. thanks a lot... 2 seconds ago - 4 days left to answer.
Answer:

Make a new windows account in:control panel-user accounts/create new account select user as administator then go to log off star your new account then click computer-properties and then it opens the system properties option!
