What does "connected to" mean on yahoo messenger?

Someone sign in from my mail in yahoo messenger i changed the password but he keeps talking with people?

someone sign in from my mail in yahoo messenger i changed the password but he keeps signing in and talk with people it's so wired i mean if someone stole my mail why he doesn't change the password or something ... he just sign in and talk to people as he's me please someone help me how this could happen and how i can solve this problem ... i'm scared that someone hacked my computer but i don't think so the problem is just with the yahoo messenger p.s :: my pc is connected to interned through another computer in a network ... iam @ LAN network and he keeps telling me that another computer has the same IP and stuff please someone help

set a password for your @ LAN network and then change your email id and password too
