• ok i do a scan and lets say theres a virus then it says delete unheal virus and restore what do both mean? o and another question when i get viruses and i put them in virus vault the enext scan has problems idk like another virus is in but i havent even used the internet how did i get anotjher virus?? i keep getting this netflix ad little rectangle and says the dark knight netflix it pops up in my computer is that normal?? i dont seem to have problems with internet but why i keep getting like i got virus?

  you'll want to scan and delete or quarantine the virus.... not restore it definitely. Usually if a virus is tampered with it still has little branched viruses scattered about to bring it back to life... download malwarebytes anti-malware and super anti-spyware... both are free and will scan. When you are done downloading them it's probably a good idea to disconnect from the Internet and run both one after the other. They'll find hundreds of things. Also CCleaner is good to run as well. It will repair registry errors and tamperings.
