In any case just be safe have an anti-virus and a firewall. i recommend Avast Anti-virus and Comodo Firewall but that's just my opinion. Also for extra security try WOT (search Google) its a firefox add-on that is extra safety when browsing :)

yes you have to install anti-viruse and firewall on your pc like kaspersky no-script just stop staxnet and the other virus that can attack you from the website you open it.

Yes, you should always run a good anti virus program and at least one good anti malware program. Below is a list of the best of these that I have found. All of the following are free, and work very well. My personal favorite is Avast, but I switched to Windows Security Essentials a few months back and I’m very pleased with it. Note: It is best to run at least 2 anti spyware programs, but never run more then 1 anti virus to eliminate conflicts. Hi.It is highly recommended you have an anti virus program running on your computer. No script brings extra security when you are on an open pulic wifi network, but do have an anti virus program. It just brings extra security.

Yes you do just to be safe. I would reccomend Malwarebytes at www.malwarebytes.org

Absolutely! NoScript blocks the use of javascript when the user so chooses. Using javascript as a means to infect a computer is but only one technique that can be used by the "black-hats" to infect your machine. While the use of NoScript in Firefox does help somewhat in preventing computer malware, the fact is that MOST malware does NOT use javascript and in that case NoScript will not help one iota.
