HELP, how do you get rid of this virus/thing?

Ok, today I downloaded a program installed it and boom my PC was acting funny. This virus has/is creating shortcuts, making CPU run slow, weird error messages, can't reset computer to an earlier date, and I believe its a keylogger. I don't know how to get rid of it.... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

MBAM from www.malwarebytes.org Antivir from www.avira.com SuperAntiSpyware from www.superantispyware.com MBAM will probably remove it. Might as well run the spyware check tho.

go into safemode by rebooting and tapping the F8 key at same time choose safemode with networking open your browser and go to safety.live.com this is microsofts safety scanner choose protection scan be patient as this is a large download
