Does deleting cookies, forms, history, files and passwords really help your computer?

Depend what you mean by helping. It will help save you some disc space. I don't think you want to delete your password for security purpose.

If you have went to a virused site by accident then yes. But it's kinda poontless. But I would suggest doing it anyway. it hasn't been working for me lately.

Deleting Cookies will free up space on you're Hardisk. I never delete my password's though,..as this means i will have to type them in every time i visit the same Site.
