What happens if I reinstall OS? Will all the viruses get killed also?

Help me to clean this type of virus?

• Hi Thank U in Advance for help me, Hi, my system is affected with a different type of virus just i explain about that virus * its disable taskmanager and regestryeditor. *Hard Disk continously reading or writing i dont know but that hdd LED Blinks Continously. *Cpu Working Speed 100% *Systems Becomes Very Slow. *Not able to restart in safe Mode *And it Disabled Anti Virus Protection Also because i have important datas in my system i have four partitions other 3 partitions are having full imp datas so i format C partition and reinstall the OS but no use the Same Problem Raises Again So Pls Help Me to Clean The Virus Without any Data Loss. Because I have No Internet Connection in my Home Town But One Day i Copy some datas in pendrive and copy to my system. I Think it Happens that day. These all info Get My own knowledge. I Hear about Kaspersky Anti-Virus is Best. I Plan to buy Kaspersky Anti-Virus Tell me Which Version is Clean This Type of Viruses.
