What MSN do I need to download?

Need i download external firewall & also msn maybe hacked?

  • right now i have these programmes : spybot superantispyware malwarebyte avast and the installed vista window firewall is it necessary to download an external firewall like zonealarm . and also i suspect my msn might be hacked because there's this person who added me on msn and after we exchanged a few sentences like who are you ... he logged off straight away and i run spybot which pick up something like key...hacker (i dont remember the exact name since it's missing from spybot after i restart my com) i've changed my password immediately, will it be okay?
