Im using a windows vista computer how do i delete the cookies and how do i block them from storing

download a program Ccleaner. it removes all unwanted items. use commodo firewall not to get them back

It depends what browser you are using. For Internet Explorer, go to Tools (the menu bar will be hidden in Vista, so press the Alt button to get it to show up) > Internet Options. Under "Browsing History," click the "Delete" button and select whatever you want to delete. You can also just go to Tools- Delete Browsing History and choose each one to delete.
