Can I make a PayPal account just to buy a single object on eBay?

So I want to buy something on eBay that will cost $42 including shipping. The payment method that is accepted is only PayPal, so if I were to go buy a $50 prepaied MasterCard, make a new PayPal account, and then bid on the thing on eBay,would that work? I want to know if I basically can make a PayPal account only to put on $50 to buy the thing I want. Nothing else. Will this work if Im putting on a prepaied MasterCard and then bidding on the object?

Yes and is how I do most of my shopping : ) there's a prepaid reloadable card at most 7-11 or grocer store : ) And bidding will work up to the ammount you put in ur account : )
