How to get thicker hair?

How do I get my hair longer/thicker/prettier? Help!?

• I cut my hair 2 years ago and it was up to my sholders, my hair grows SO slow, right now it down to the bottom of my ribcage, but its rather dead and the ends are super thin so they look bad :( over all my hair is just very very thin and broken because I used to curl it everyday. I havent cut my hair since the bad chopped off hair cut, should I TRIM it and just not use heat? I do dye my hair blonder, but I only get it highlighted and thats only once every 3 months. The split ends are all over my head, like I have tons of fly aways because I have the wand curling iron so my entire head of hair is unhealthy :( I only curl it on saturdays or special occasions now. How do I get it to be thicker shinner healthier and longer?
