Does anyone have any tips for the AT-SAT?

Please help. Does anyone have good tips? I really need them...?

• If you have good tips please help me. I have been bullied my whole life. People have always said im ugly, fat pregnate(at age 4!) and stuff like that. Ive never truley felt good about myself. I see a counceller because of the bulling and she wants me to be able to truthfully say 'I am important' but i dont feel it and i dont think i can feel it with everyone except a few people around me saying **** to me and about me. I dont feel like my friends and family are telling me the truth because they are always smiling when they say that i look good or i am important or anything. Does anyone have any tips on how i can move past feeling like i am what everyone says and that i will die alone unhappy like people say, or that i have a disese or greedy because im bisexual? And if its not to much trouble would you be able to tell me what you honestley think.   I honestly think that you need to chill honey,I used to have the same mind set but I quickly and thankfully overcame it with God's help-and I know the position you're in well.it's the sadness that depression can't even begin to describe or define.but you can either make or break yourself and I'll tell u this from the pics that you're a beautiful person,your personality although insecure shines through in the end and if you're positive,trusting in God,and try to take care of yourself it would benefit you in every way about you for as long as you're going to worry about it(: have a good day love!
