Please help! im stretching my ears and my left one is very swollen?

Im Stretching my ears and now im at a size 8. My left ear is reeeeally swolen and my right ear is fine. Do i take the gauge out of my left ear or keep it in?

TAKE IT OUT! You might have to end without an ear if you don't take it out.
