Is anyone else having problems with Avon?

• Hi, I'm a Avon Sales Rep I'm just wondering if there's anyone else who is having problems with Avon? Recently (last 4 campaigns) i have been receiving my deliveries late. I can't sit around all day waiting for them, they're supposed to arrive on the Monday however i've not been getting them until the Wednesday or Thursday. This is very frustrating as not only am i having to wait for ages (i don't have a safe place where it can be left if im not there as i live in the city and i don't have trustworthy neighbours that can sign for it) but i am also having to explain to my customers why i haven't been able to bring them their products. It is hard enough to find new customer atm with this recession without me loosing the ones i do have due to me not receiving orders on time. Another problem i am experiencing is that products are out of stock with Avon. Customer's get rather upset and at times angry as to why they can't order something when it's in the brochure. When I tell them that unfortunately currently the product is out of stock they reply that they don't want to wait until the next campaign or that they need the product. I try offering alternatives though this doesn't always work. I'm just curios if there's anyone else with these problems and any advice on what to do in these situations.

  I got that email and have responded although I could not do what he asked. I hope that I do not have the same problem with my Campaign 5 order. Strange that you have not heard of this problem before, I thought maybe everyone out there was having the same error. I have used your program since Campaign 16 and never had an issue like this.
