How to get girls to notice you?

I cant get girls to notice me, they dont talk to me or notice me unless i talk to them. Isthere a certain way i should dress? I always where jeans with and t shirt and pull over hoody, im pretty funny and easy going. I have friend, im popular, but am i blind when it comes to girls? Should i get a new hair style? I think i look good with kakis i want to try wearing them with a dress shirt or a pull over hoodie, i love them.

Well you seem like your fine. Keep talking to girls, and try texting them. Also if your kind of boring when you talk them, try flirting a little bit like telling them you like their smile or their outfit or you think their funny... Anything that would get them to smile. Girl like an interesting guy who is fun and sweet to talk to. I don't know what your hair looks like, but it sounds like you dress ok... Sony wear hoodies every single day but other than that....
