    Making perfume is very, very simple. All you need are concentrated oils (scented), water and perfumers alcohol. You may have to play around with the recipe to get the right strength, but you can make perfume weaker by adding more water or stronger by adding more oil. Add 2 or 3 ounces of perfumers alcohol to a bowl and add in a few drops of oil. You should be able to test the strength by smelling it. You're going to be adding water as well because perfumers alcohol is strong and expensive. Allow your mixture to set for a couple of days before wearing it. That's it.
