How to make fake piercings?

Why do people make such a big deal of other piercings but then earrings are totally fine?

  • like i understand that earrings are more a cultural norm than other piercings. but why is that? how can people who hate other piercings be ok with earrings? why are other piercings considered "disgusting"?

    Once upon a time (and STILL in some cultures) piercing your ears was unacceptable as well and only "loose" women did it. It just depends on what's becoming popular and mainstream. It just takes someone that others want to emulate to make that happen. Full bodied women were popular until Twiggy, now we like our models skinny, and as far as tattoos and piercings...they're becoming more acceptable as long as they're tasteful and appropriate.

I honestly don't know. People are judgmental and seem to always like to associate people with tattoos and piercings with being immature or being a criminal. I find it silly, it's like saying that a lot of criminals have brown hair therefore brown hair is unacceptable. Makes me very frustrated, I have 12 piercings and my first holes are stretched and I just absolutely hate when people act like it's a crime. Hell, most people don't even know I have that many piercings as the ones on my ears are covered up by my hair.. Society is frustrating.
