Okay. Here's the upside: you have a great face shape, pretty skin color, & a great smile. Here's what you need: shine control on your skin, filled in eye brows and light accents around your eyes. I'd go with a pixy bang but not a blunt bang. It's too bad you cut your long hair =( You should use makeup applications & hair styles such as Gwyneth (?) Paltrow & Uma Thurman as inspirations.

You should cut your hair like about 3 inches past your shoulder w/slight layer and with side bangs. You should dye it a tad bit darker and either use frizzease or anything for frizzy hair or just straighten it. You don't have to get tan just the hair will be the first step. I just looked at your 2nd picture and if you already got a hair cut just get side bangs! You look similar to Julia Stiles and yes I think you're pretty!

Ok, first of all, your hair looks kinda frizzy, and i don't mean this in a mean way. Get a straightener and make it all nice and flat. Put a flip at the end. Just pull up a little when your at the end of your hair. Make up: Cover girl. Eye liner, massacre, lip gloss, foundation. everyone has potential to be pretty if they try, you definitely do. well for your hair you should: straighten, part to side, side bangs, maybe highlights & make it look neat. makeup -- lipgloss, your eyebrows are great no work needed there. curl your lashes, apply mascara to them & line your top and bottom with eyeliner. oh and also, use concealer to cover up pimples. you would look awesome if you got a tan too since you dont work too much on your looks, then i'm sure you would look GREAT after you change your hair and do your makeup and everything. good luck (:
