Help with hydrogen peroxide?

Hydrogen Peroxide for Whitening teeth. Please HELP!!!?

  • So i did some research on how to bleach my teeth at home free of cost using bi-carb soda and hydrogen peroxide, I bought the peroxide which was 6% vol 20 today, I mixed about 2 table spoons of soda with about 1 table spoon of peroxide and made a paste. I attempted to brush my teeth with it but it was burning my gums and teeth were very over sensative to it. I tried it again with less peroxide and it did the same thing. This burned my gums and some skin came off, Also it didnt make my teeth one bit whiter, Can someone tell me what im doing wrong and what i should do??? Thx

You're not supposed to do that, at all. Its supposed to burn and even if you were doing it right it's still not good for yOur teeth and it doesn't whiten them within seconds. Just buy crest 3D whiting toothpaste, it works really well
