How get the the smell out of shoes?

I have these one shoes that make my feet smell REALLY bad. No other shoes I have malke my feet smell this way. The are they type of shoe you cant wear socks with (kinda like a leather ballerina flat). Is there a way to stop the smell? I even took out the original insole andput an order eater sole in it but it only worked for a few days before it was back to reeking!! =( These are my favortie shoes and I HATE how they make my feet smell =( any suggestions?? I wish I could just wash them but they are leather =(
