How to blend High Lights Illumating Lotion?

Hi, I am using some female Boots High Light lllumatinf Lotion but i cant seem to blend it very well its still showing slight white visible marks when I use my baby finger to blend it, is they any type of blending brush I can use? or any tips how to blend this stuff?

I would reccomend putting a pea sized amount in your foundation or moisturizer and mixing it. If you want to use it as a highlighter on bare skin just put a tiny bit along your cheekbones, right below where you would put eye cream and blend well. Just blend it under your brow bones too.
