What kind of eyeliner can I use?

I want a black eyeliner that will last all day ON MY WATERLINE. My friend says she uses a liquid eyeliner on her waterline but I don't believe her because I've tried and my eye just turns black. It runs. And I can't get it dark enough. Please I just want to stop having to reapply my makeup. I've tried Maybelline Unstoppable Eyeliner but it still drips halfway through the day. And I don't want an eyeliner that's impossible to get. Something that I can buy at my average Walgreens. Please help! And if there is a liquid eyeliner that works on my waterline I'd like the name of that too. Or just tell me what I'm doing wrong

Use Revlon or MAC

Rimmel London Exaggerate eyeliner. It lasts all day long and it has a sharpener and a smudger on the end. Its awesome! I use it on my waterline for theatre stuff and it lasts through tears, sweat and long performances!
