What can I use to hold loose glitter down on my eyes?

  • I have a couple pots of loose glitter than I'm planning to use on my eyes. I know there are products to hold glitter on out there that wont make your eyeshadow crease. What are the best ones out there?

Eye primer, like Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance or Urban Decay's Primer Potion. There's also a glue meant to hold down glitter and I think they sell them at Sephora; you can go and ask them for help.

I believe Mac has a special glue just for that, so go to the Mac makeup store and ask about it. I can't remember the exact name but I've used it multiple times.

I LOVE urban decay transforming potion. I use it for all my loose shadows and pigments. Also, use either some UD primer potion or Too-Faced shadow insurance before applying the shadow.

If your willing to spend the money for a primer those would probably work best, but if your looking for a cheap, effective, and easy way to get the glitter to stick use clear lipgloss! It works great and you can use it for lots of other beauty tricks like putting it on your cheek bones for a pretty shine!
