Does the ELF all over cover stick cover better than the regular ELF concealer?

Can I use cover up stick (concealer) on its own?

  • Can I straight away just blend the cover up stick on to my pimples and under eye bags and then go on with my day and then wash it all off of a night? I don't need any special make up tools or brushes, I can just use my finger tips to blend, right? I don't need any powder to set the make up do I? I always thought powder wash just for foundation? Please correct me if I'm wrong and give me any tips and advice.     if you are using concealer, I find that using your finger is easier, and it blends out better! if it is not a powder concealer, I would suggest to use a little bit of powder, because you might be able to see the little damper places that you put the concealer. im not quite sure if that makes sense or not but I tried to explain it the best I could!
