Does anyone know about snake bites?

Where in New Zealand can someone get Snake Bites?

  • Snake bites are piercings that are on both the left and right sides of the bottom lip. I've seen people around with them and I've watched a few youtube videos and I think I'm mentally prepared. Baring in mind that these will be my first piercings. I am a 15 year old male, and I think it'd suit me. Can anyone help? I would just like to know where in Auckland, New Zealand one would be able to obtain such piercings.

  • Answer:

Streetwise in Newmarket, I've gone there for all my piercings and they're a really good place. Piercers aren't meant to pierce people under 18 without parental permission (except earlobes) but I emailed them when I was planning to get my lip done (which I haven't done YET xD) and they said it's fine, even though I'm only 17. So they're pretty laid back when it comes to age. But 15 is still pretty young, so if possible, it's better to go with a parent just so you know you won't go there and be disappointed if they refuse to do it. Have a look at their website for prices and information and stuff. There's also Ballistics on Queen Street, but I know for a fact that if you go there, they refuse straight away unless you have your legal guardian with you.
