What are things to put in a first-aid kit?

I think i'm missing the foundation from my bare minerals starter kit. Can i go back and get one with paying?

  • I bought the starter kit, but i don't believe they gave me a foundation. I was charged for one, but none of the products im looking at say foundation. Also i remember when i looked at the starter kit in the car, the little spot that has says to put the foundation here was empty, i had assumed it just fell out in the bag, but now im looking at everything and there is no foundation i have a mineral veil, a concealer and bronzer type thing(along with a few other things that did not come in the starter kit) but there is no foundation i'm looking at the receipt and they clearly charged me for one... SPF 15 MATTE Found CLG (01) fair but thats another thing i find odd, i thought the foundation came in the starter kit, and there is a thing on the receipt that i believe is the starter kit, it says it costs 49 dollars... so why would the foundation be separate? Basically what i'm wondering is if i should go back and try to clear this up and hope they give me my foundation that i obviously payed for, should i call or e-mail them and maybe they can send one? or willl they even try and help me? i really dont want to pay another 28 bucks for a foundation What should i do?

  • Answer:

Take it back with your receipt and explain there was no foundation. I'm not sure where you purchased it because the starter kit is usually about $60
