I use a Rimmel concealer for spots, but marks are always a pain ;\ At night I use Neutrogena intensive repair gel It has no effect, but makes me feel good for using it :) xx

First things first. Where did the marks come from, or what caused them? You need to consider the origin of the marks to be sure they won't return if you are able to get rid of them. Also, there are a number of reasonably good fade creams on the market, Nadinola, etc. I guess if I were you, I would start there and see if that helped reduce the appearance of those little red marks. Finally, while the marks are being treated with the fade cream, you could try using a concealer, or a product like Dermablend which is specifically designed to cover marks and abrasions. Cheers.
MK has a great line of products to take away blemishes. I am actually using their products to do the same and while I'm working on that I'm concealing the problem with the MK Concealer. Remember when applying concealer you need to give it sometime to dry before applying your makeup or it will not do as good of a job. The Even Complexion Essence is a keeper and the 3 in 1 cleanser. While at the same time you need to be sure that your using a good moisturizer. Check out the link below to see. P.S. Cheap products tend to make the problem worse so don't try to save two bucks and end up with a larger problem. MK offers quality!
The best thing to do it use a green concealer. I know this sounds mad but it will counteract the redness. To apply to dot it onto the area as you would a normal concealer, blend slightly but so that you can still see the green, apply your normal concealer over the top and blend and then apply your foundation as usual! Good luck :]
well for immediate coverup of the red spots use a green concealer, the best would be Physician's Formula or Neutrogena. To fade the spots i'd recommend something like Bio Oil. Skin Fading creams tend to burn when you apply them. Bio Oil is the easiest and most effective product out there.
