How to get my skin tone to be even without makeup?

  • all day my skin will be alright but ill have redness still. if I take a nap in the middle of the day ill wake up with wonderful skin, completely even, no need for concealer or anything. I want my skin to always look like it does after I take a random nap in the middle of the day. It really doesn't matter how much sleep I get, I can sleep for 12 hours and on and wake up, but my skin will still be uneven. it only fixes if I take a nap in the middle of the day. how can I get my skin to be even all the time without makeup?

12 hours is way too long to sleep! Sleep for 6-8 hours, and you will be more fresh faced. You could also try a night time moisturizer before you go to bed.

Be sure you are wearing a moisturizer with SPF everyday. There are cleansers and treatments available that will help with redness. Neutrogena has a cleanser and moisturizer and Eucerin has a moisturizer. I'm not sure why you don't want to wear make up (not allowed to wear it or don't want to) but you could also try a tinted moisturizer. This will give your face a fresh glow, and an even skin tone but you won't even really be able to see it. Just an option.
