Why is it that eyes change colors?

Why do my eyes change colors?

  • I usually have hazel eyes but some times my eyes will be green or even brown

  • Answer:

It's the light you look at them in. I.e. in artificial light your eyes may appear to be greener, but in natural light they may look browner. When they are actually always the same colour. Hope this helps, Lisa.Rr x

mine do the same thing....,my eyes go anywhere from a really dark shade to a really light shade of: green, blue, and gray. its because your eyes have different color pigments in them and different lighting and colors cause different colors to show up. like if your around alot of green or brighter light then chances are your eyes will be more green. it just depends on color pigments your around and the pigments in your eyes
