Should I go to the hospital for a second degree burn?

First degree burn... now when will it go away... i am tired of this!!!!!?

• Okay, so earlier this week on Tuesday (4/20/19) a BIG whitehead popped in the shower... after I came out of the shower, I put on retin a micro on it. It became red and stung really bad!!! However, there was no blood nor was there any blisters. That told me it was a first degree burn. I put on aloe vera at night, and that red spot became a shiny brown/blackish color in the morning, as if the skin is dead at the area. I have been moisturizing with Eucerin (its like Vaseline) ever since Tuesday and it has not peeled off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When do you all think it will peel off? What can I do to peel it off faster? Should I keep putting Eucerin on it?? Please help with any advice!!!! It is about the size of a dime.
