Well, I know a reliable place where you can buy High end makeup, but for drugstore prices. It's called allcosmeticswholesale. I actually just ordered some Estee Lauder lipsticks from them, and they were only 9$!!! They were in great shape too. THey also have discontinued high end products. A place to buy drugstore makeup for a discount is cherryculture, but they don't have common drugstore brands like covergirl and maybelline, more unknown drugstore brands, like bloom, eyeko, tinte, juicebeauty. etc.
