Scars after Spots?

Make advice- I have oily skin, spots and small scars from spots?

• During the day my foundation wears off, showing my spots and scars and my face gets shiny and greasy even with application of powder. What is a good foundation for oily skin that stay ons all day and gives good coverage and matt effect? Is there a suitable foundation for me from these makes: Mac Two-faced Benefit Urban decay Bare minerals I also need a eyeliner that stays on all day ! Thanks :D

  Estee Lauder is a good one, I use Double Wear and it has really good builable coverage, I have been using it for years,and the color last all day long which is what I like.
