How do i use an eyebrow pencil properly?

this may seem a bit dumb i guess, but i am a natural blonde! hahaha anyways i have dyed my hair darker (its now a medium brown colour) and i have blonde eyebrows so they look a bit odd now i have bought an eyebrow pencil but im not sure how i actually use it properly i have plucked my eyebrows and tidied them up a bit so thats ok but im not sure how to use the pencil right do i just draw it on? do i have to wet it first?

leave the pencil dry and keep the it sharp and use the side of the point, and gently sweep the edge of the pencil, not the point, along your eyebrows and keep doing it until you get the colour you want

keep the pencil dry. draw short, hairlike strokes. dont color like its a crayon or pencil. you can probably find a good tutuorial on youtube to make them look natural.
