    To emphasise your eyes you need a shade to match your natural eye colour. Then a slightly darker one in the crease of the eye. Top this off with a sheer gloss white just under the brow. Experiment until you get the look you are Happy with.

try Almay intense i-color. choose the one for dark eyes. it wrks great. i have green eyes and their product made my eyes really pop! gud luck!

Don't Use dark Eye make-up. use liquid eye liner and Brand will do use some volume mascara and if you want you can even use false eyelashes whatever your eye color is go a shade Braver and don't use dark Blusher use a Pink Pout which Will Bring out your cheek bones as well as drawing attentions to your eyes ^^ Hope This Helps
