What is brand of hair dye would do best with dark brown hair?

  • my brother wants his hair spiked with colored tips the colors he wants are either neon green or sapphire blue. But he doesn't want to bleach his hair if u have any suggestions please answer this thanks if u helped

    well if u go to sally beauty supplies there's one section for hair dyes and theres a neon green spray for your hair. never tried it tho

well if he has blonde hair then he wont have to but if he has dark hair then if you want colors like that your going to have to bleach it, as long as you have healthy hair though it wont fry your hair.. but you should try splat they have crazy hair colors ... and you can get it at Walgreen's or small stores like that.
