I think you should go with the light brown hair colour to add some warmth into your skin. You should always choose a hair colour that compliments your skin tone, which is obviously warm, because you have dark brown eyes. Another way to determine your skin tone is by looking at what colour your veins are. If you have green veins, your skin tone is warm, if theyre more blue then its a cool skin tone. Anways... The light brown will look really nice on you. With or without the highlights But I think you shouldnt get blonde just because it will damage your hair... and make it way too light!
