Anyone know how a good hair dye that will dye my hair this color red and actually show bright???

Well I think I would go for high-lights first in that color just to see if you are going to like it. I went today and got my hair cut and ask them about red high-lights and my hair is your color and she didin say anything about dyeing it blond first, All she said was that red fades fast so if i were you I'd go with a little first just to be on the safe side, I like that color of red. sallys is a good place to go but DO NOT pre lighten your hair as has been suggested. with the right product you will be able to lift the hair enough without having to pre-lighten it. when in sallys ask them but i think either clynol (pick the shade) with 12% or goldwell 8kn with 12% is good. thing is you say you want a red but to me that looks more copper than red. for a true vibrant red use majirouge cool tulip with 12% and that is red!!!!!!

in order to get it to be that bright you need to bleach your hair and then wait till your hair gets healthy again it will take about a month and then you can dye it but i dont think its a good idea it is really damaging to your hair

Well maybe u should get an expensive kind and lay it on really thick.
