(RE-UPLOADED) What should I tell the hairdressers in order to get this hair??? =) *PHOTO INCL.?
-
I decided to re-upload the question because apparently the photo link wasn't working :)) Photo: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/838/picnikcollagedmgg.jpg/ (DO NOT FORGET TO PUT THE http:// BIT) Okay so first of all, my hair is very dry and pretty damaged from the roots (the damaged part is the only the hair underneath), I also have a couple of split ends & my hair is thin at the top and its flat. I watch keeping up with the kardashians and I've watched Kendall Jenner grow up to the beautiful person she is now. I envy every bit of her. Especially her hair now. My hair right now, is exactly like kendall's hair in the first photo...and just to let you know that photo was taken in 2009...and the second photo of her was taken one year later from that photo. I really want her hair in the second photo; thick and has volume. I know she doesn't straighten her hair everyday. I want my hair as healthy as hers. I started to take folic acid everyday now since late last year and im going on holiday soon and i want to come back with my hair like this. What should I tell the hairdresser if I want this hair. I don't care if she's rich and has the money to do this, im already aware of that & also if she gets her hair maintained every month, i can do that...anything's possible. Please Please Pleaseeeee help me, what should i tell the hair dresser? =))))) -P.S- Also i dont want to do something that'll make my hair fall out, my hair already does that enough =(

Answer:
Okay so first tell the hair dresser to chop off your split ends, take probably an inch off. Then tell her to put long layers in your hair and ask her to thin out the bottum. To maintain the volume and silk of the hair get a hot oil treatment once a week. You can get it done at the salon or there is self hot oil treatments for $1.00 at Sally's or Walmart. Than use volumizing shampoo's and conditioners, I reccomend Pantene Volumizers or Dove. You should also get a hair serum. I reccomend silk drops or coconut oil. Get your hair trimmed once a month and buy heat taming products so the straightner and hair dryer will not leave your hair unhealthy. I reccomend tresme's heat taming products. Goodluck :)

You can always take the picture to the hair dresser. That way he/she will know exactly what you want and how to cut your hair. As far as how to style it, you'll need to straighten it and tease it in the back. If your hair is dry and damaged, getting it to look healthy isn't going to be an over night fix. Don't wash your hair everyday, always use a protectant if you're going to use a hot styling tool, and don't over-do the product.
I would take the picture to the hairdressers and then they will know what you want done to your hair and how to do it :)
