What can i do for my short hair to make it curly with no heat?

I have short hair that is about an inch above my shoulders, and i need to find a way to curl it with no heat. I've tried almost everything, but most of it turns out looking crimped.

well i have heard putting rollers on and soaking it in hot water helps or put rollers in spray a mousse on and leave over night...if that doesnt work then go to hairstylist.
