Any advice for having thin hair?

Hair question? Please I need advice?

  • When I was younger i had really long hair and it was never thick but never too thin. I had hair up to my elbow almost when I was in the third grade and ever since then my hair has not been that length. I seriously damaged my hair i would chemically relaxes it i would use heat on it probably twice a day. Some times i would sweat and then apply heat to my hair. I would dye it probably 5 times a year. And my hair broke off really badly i cut it and bunch of times and it never grew back. I have started taking better care off my hair and i have noticed very little breakage if not any and i read that ur suppose to loose around 50- 100 hairs a day so... any how I was wondering If i eat healthy and take vitamins and take care of my hair will it grow back long? Considering the fact that long hair is in my genes my older sister has long hair and my moms hair grows really fast. Is it possible or do you think the damage is done and my hair will be short forever? My mom said that some people once they cut their hair it just doesn't grow back. I mean is this true. Please help me

  • Answer:

dont dye your hair or use heat alot, your DAMAGING your hair really bad and if you eat meat and eat alot of vitamins, calcium and you eat HEALTHY, your hair will grow back but slowly and it is true that you lose 100 hair a day but you grow them back. If you cut your hair its OBVIOUSLY going to grow back. I had hair that comes to my elbow and i cut it to my neck and it grew back.
