Does the instyler damage your hair?

What products can I use to stop the damage in my hair and wont be too strong for my hair?

• I guess my hair is really damaged. Im only 11 years old all I ever did was get bangs, my curly/wavy hair couldnt take the bangs. The bangs started to flip over all the time so I started using products that where too strong for my hair and this is what happend. I feel like crying when I think of it because of the beautiful hair I had before. When I had my hair in a ponytail I used to brush it with my hand and hair never came out. Now when I brush my hair with my hand, hair always comes out. Im so sick of trying stuff, my mom doesnt wanna take me to a proffesional hairstylist because she doesnt believe I have damaged hair, she says I have beautiful hair and I just dont understand my hair, but I know my hair more than she does, if its not damaged, then how come before I got my bangs.. my hair was very different, it was soft, the curls where very controlled, it was shiny. Now its not soft, it feels like someone spilt sprite on it. The curls are not controlled, they are

  a deep conditioner, works very good....u use it once a week and u leave it in for 10-15 mins. i have been using deep conditioner in my hair for about 2 months and it works very good.i had very damaged hair from flat ironing it alot but now it is healthy .=) should try it and i have extremly curly hair hand it makes my curls all bouncy ..i like it!!!
