Where To Buy Manic Panic Online?

Should i pay 40 $ every 2 weeks for Paul Mitchell Pink ink, or just buy Manic Panic in Pink?

• I wanted to know if manic panic will do the same thing as the paul mitchell ink for your hair color. She put this in my hair and it did very well. It turned out making the darker areas of my hair sorta cherry red and the blonde real bright pink. I love it, but im afraid of paying so much for it every 2 weeks.. can i just buy the manic panic and put that in my hair? I think its kinda ridiculous paying 40$ every 2 weeks, if i can just go to sallys and put it in myself.. also will it turn out as bright and will buying the manic panic be more affordable as far as the results that i get and how long it lasts? Thanks :)
